On the 31st of October, Ro Spirit was handed over to her owners Rostein AS after completing outfitting at Larsnes Mek Verksted. The latest live fish carrier in a long series of ever-improving vessels is the first of her kind to have a Wavefoil installed. The retracteable wings in the bow section aims to reduce accelerations and save fuel. Ro Spirit is designed for transport of smolt and live fish, with an optimised hull design for efficient transits.
